@MBonvoyAssist I’m currently staying at the @RoyaltonResorts Chic Punta Cana for the second time. I’m platinum and very disappointed @RoyaltonResorts no longer does anything to recognize @Marriott status. Last stay in 2024 I received a Bonvoy to get access to Diamond areas.
