I am not a financial advisor, bla bla bla!!
I just like to share my thoughts and love for crypto projects.

We want to see what the community is making.
Watched some indie dev podcasts today and found one by a super successful founder of an indie studio that sold 2M+ copies of their games.
Half of the podcast ended up being about how they think about tooling in existing engines, what a massive library of custom tools they are creating on top of the default editor and how much work that is.
They are basically building their own engine ontop of e.g Unity. The only caveat is that with these engines it's much harder to develop actually appealing and fun to use tools.
The opportunity in 20x'ing the editor tooling step alone is massive.
I talked about this in livestreams before, but for us it's basically;
1. Define the game
2. Let the agent build and pull the tools
3. Then build the game
4. Test and repeat until satisfied
Anyone who thinks skipping step 2 is fine will struggle hard with any game that has a bit of depth.
The funny thing is that this is also how we can onboard many more aspiring game creators, by providing personalized tools specifically made for you and your game we make game creation already 10x easier, faster and more fun.
we’re not launching any temporary staking before the launchpad
it just doesn’t feel worth building an intermediate system right now
instead, we’re waiting to launch staking 2.0 properly together with the launchpad, when it actually makes sense
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.
Proud that OpenGPU infrastructure helps power @crunchDAO competitions, giving global data scientists, researchers and builders access to the compute needed to compete on equal footing.
An ecosystem powered by players, competition, and utility.
With 25+ games live, PlayZap is building more than just a gaming platform. We're creating an ecosystem where players compete, engage, and grow together.
25+ Games. One Ecosystem. Endless Possibilities. Stay tuned. 🎮🔥
we’re expanding to a much larger closed beta for wave 2
wave 1 was mostly testing, but now it makes sense to bring in way more people so they can actually start building games in SPARQ
we’re also dropping a waitlist on Steam soon
Wait a few more months, and you’ll be able to add $HTS - @Home3Suite to your list 🔥
With a MC today of $358,000, 100% of the supply circulating, the Home3 2.0 app will be launched shortly, followed later this year by the Prop3 app, which will enable the tokenization and fractionalization of real estate.
The goal of @Home3Suite is to enable the purchase and sale of real estate from start to finish, allowing small investors like us to gain exposure to the $380T global real estate market.
With Home3 2.0, AI allows you to:
- Search for properties by simply telling Home Scout AI what you’re looking for
- Get information about a property (neighborhood, crime rates, weather risks, schools, and much more)
- Perform in-depth market analyses
- Generate documents such as offers, mortgage details, and closing costs
- and much more.
To use AI without limits, you can purchase credits directly in the app or simply hold $HTS tokens and connect your wallet!

https://t.co/Js1ZSHnBfV’s GLM-5.2 is now live on Relay
$1.12 input / $3.92 output per 1M tokens
One of the strongest open-weight coding models in the market is now available through a single Relay API.
GLM-5.2 ranks #2 on Code Arena Frontend, ahead of Claude Opus 4.7, Claude Opus 4.8, Claude Opus 4.6, Qwen, Kimi, MiniMax, and Gemini 3.5 Flash.
On Terminal-Bench 2.1, it scores 81.0, within striking distance of Claude Opus 4.8 at 85.0, and ahead of Gemini 3.1 Pro.
On SWE-bench Pro, it reaches 62.1, up from GLM-5.1’s 58.4.
The specs are serious:
Native 1M-token context
Long-horizon coding workflows
Strong agentic engineering performance
IndexShare attention design
Up to 2.9x lower per-token compute at full context
Open-weight model for builders
The price is where it gets even more ridiculous.
On Relay:
$1.12 input / $3.92 output per 1M tokens
That makes Relay the cheapest GLM-5.2 route we found at the time of checking.
And if you top up Relay credits with OGPU, you currently get an extra 20% of Relay credits.
That means even more compute value on top of an already extremely aggressive model price.
Pay as you go.
No subscription.
No provider juggling.
Try GLM-5.2 now on Relay.

Same prompt, two models: You decide. 👇
We ran the exact same cyberpunk Tokyo scene through HappyHorse 1.0 and Seedance 2.0 using the same prompt and settings.
Which output do you prefer?
Both were generated via a single API on https://t.co/AkfapptBsV
Neo is 100% right.
This is exactly why Neo runs on OpenGPU.
Reliability matters.
No downtime matters.
One API with multiple providers to route workloads through matters.
Free tools are fine until your agent goes down when you actually need it.
Serious AI teams cannot scale on “hopefully it works.”
They need routing, redundancy, and reliable compute underneath.
That is what OpenGPU is built for.
🛠️ Enhanced Workflows & Agent-Focused Expansion
As development of Home3 2.0 continues, we're introducing additional improvements designed to make the platform more intuitive and powerful for all users.
Rather than requiring users to know exactly what to ask, we're now surfacing key workflows directly within the application. Users can select from a growing list of guided actions and tools, making it easier to get started and discover the platform's capabilities.
We're also expanding beyond the buyer experience and beginning to build out dedicated seller-focused workflows, with early implementations already appearing throughout the application.
📊 Professional Dashboard & Tier Enhancements
To support real estate professionals, we're developing a centralized dashboard that will provide a clearer overview of active clients, properties, projects, and ongoing work within Home3.
At the same time, certain advanced capabilities will become available through our upcoming Agent tier, allowing us to deliver specialized tools and workflows tailored specifically for real estate professionals.
🏘️ Expanding the Agent Toolkit
While Home3 was initially designed to simplify the experience for home buyers, our vision has always been broader.
We're actively exploring and developing additional features aimed at real estate agents and industry professionals, helping streamline day-to-day operations while leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
More updates coming soon.
if you missed the last livestream, here’s the Roadkill demo we played
we built this zombie car game in SPARQ in just a few hours and it runs really smooth with proper physics and blood
everything you see here will be available for you to build with pretty soon
Our recent poll revealed an interesting trend.
61.5% of respondents said paperwork is the part of the home-buying process they'd most like to automate.
The future of real estate isn't about replacing a single step in the process.
It's about making every step faster, simpler, and more accessible through better technology.
