I do not understand these green screen ads behind home plate. They are AWFUL. On Yes network tonight, they're cutting off the pitchers' faces. The bats are always ridiculous looking.

@efropoker You're absolutely not wrong. But there's a lot of mental in baseball, too, and if they feel more comfortable in the 2/3 instead of 1/2, I think they'll hit better. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy to say "I hit worse in the leadoff spot" because the player will live into it.
