On Wednesday night in Sylva, North Carolina, I felt led by God to go over to a man I had heard sing that Sunday morning. I did not know him personally or know anything about his history, but I knew in my spirit that God had His hand on him.

I encouraged him not only to keep singing, but also to return to pastoring, where he once served. I did not know his past on Sunday, but I could tell there was something different about him—he was anointed. The Lord impressed upon me to tell him, “You are not a backup. You are anointed to sing and to preach.”

Folks, that was the best thing I have done in these past six days—simply doing what God told me to do. What he does with it is up to him, but I know that whatever he faced in the pastorate, God will strengthen him to handle anything that comes his way. God did the same for me when I stepped away from the pastorate.

I just praise God for allowing me to share what He led me to say. I love him, and I am praying for him to get back in the saddle for Jesus.

𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲

Years ago, I was pastoring a church. I had a free place to live with all utilities paid, I was running a morning Christian radio program, and I was furnished a vehicle with the gas paid for every week. I thought I had reached the mountaintop. But pride crept in, sin followed, and within months I lost it all.

The moral of the story: if you think God will not touch your position or your income, you are fooling yourself. Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. I now see in others some of the same signs I once ignored in myself. God may not take your income or your position, but He can touch your health or your family. Be careful—none of us are beyond being crumbled like a cookie.

I believe in placing confidence in both the young and the old when they say they have a desire for more. I remember that at 15 years old, a young pastor named Reverend Roy Harris allowed me to preach my first public message in church. I come from a history of people who believed in me, so saying someone has to be this age or that age is rubbish in my mind. I’ll be 60 in August, praise God.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲

When division is preached from the pulpit by constantly specifying who we should and should not unite with, it sinks into people’s hearts and produces a cult-like mentality. Over time, this kind of teaching becomes normal, and we wonder why there is so much division in the body of Christ. Many believers listen to this week after week, and it no longer alarms them because they have never been taught that we are all one in Jesus Christ. Scripture says, “You are all one in Jesus Christ,” reminding us that in Him there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female . The only race I belong to is the human race, and my identity is in Jesus Christ. I plead the blood of Calvary’s cross over the foolishness that people allow to capture their minds and divide the church that Christ died to make one.

And you wonder why we are so divided?
Many listen to division every week and many accept it as normal.

I got up from prayer on June 2nd with a strong conviction in my spirit to ask for a room for our growing youth. Seven days later, boots were on the ground—God is answering prayer. Now, eight days later, we give Him all the praise. More details coming soon, in Jesus’ name. We are a multicultural fellowship seeking new people—we love you, and God loves you.

It reminds me of February 15, 2025, when I rose from prayer and God instructed me to start a university. God told me to contact my son in the ministry, Dr. Raphael William, and the university began online on March 5, 2025. In accordance with North Carolina General Statute 116-15, our institution was approved to offer degree programs to North Carolina students on May 16, 2025, under the authority of the University of North Carolina System Board of Governors. Today, we are growing worldwide through this university, reaching students across many nations.

Sin has no age limit. Teenagers and adults alike do things that break our hearts, because at the root is sin and a generation that is forgetting God, and the Bible says, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). No program can cure the human heart, but “in Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins” (Ephesians 1:7) – only the blood of Jesus, shed at Calvary, can cleanse and transform young and old.
