I hate using twitter to complain, but at some point, I'm hoping this might alert their Social Media Department and it Might help US! Watkinsville First UMC in Watkinsville GA just wants our building to be safe. And we are paying for it. Please! @Brinks_Home

The gentleman who picked up, says, "Hold on, let me ask". Comes back 15 minutes later and says, well, you start a fire, and when there's enough smoke they alarm will go off. REALLY!?!?!?!? After two months of waiting, really? You want us to set a fire. @Brinks_Home

So, today we are having a fire drill. We called yesterday to ask what we needed to do for them. Customer service says call back today. We do, and again ask, what do we need to do......@Brinks_Home

In trying to get our church monitored, my staff has spent HOURS AND HOURS on the phone with @Brinks_Home to get both buildings monitored (which we are paying for). We've gotten hung up on every time, bounced around and problem still isn't solved.

@PastorEmJ 36% of delegates are women. When voting for 2020 delegations at annual conferences, our hope is that equitable gender representation is kept in mind while selecting delegates.
