Something seems particularly poignant this Christmas about offering worship to God with vulnerable bodies & breakable hearts in response to the Word made flesh—vulnerable & breakable—to dwell among us. Christmas may not always seem Merry but it is always Merciful. He loves us so.
@SaraCivian I have followed you on Twitter and read your work beginning when you were in Pittsburgh. I support you. It is terrible how much nonsense you deal with on a regular basis.
@DylPar252@mcoleyyy A lot depends on the financial secretary. Some believe they need to protect that information in the name of confidentiality. Others are more open. It really depends on their personality and how entrenched they are in the position.
@DylPar252@mcoleyyy In the various churches I have served, I had a couple including my current one where I did not have any information. I had a church where I had everything, which was helpful for pastoral care and strategy when the highest giver's circumstances changed.
@JillianWPXI I only met you once (3 years ago back in Johnstown) but I remember you telling me about the impact Peggy made on your life and career. Glad you got to work with her before she retired!
