My heart is full. We had an incredible Christmas Eve service this morning at Mt Carmel Baptist Church. We worshipped, we shared Scripture, we lit candles, we prayed, we laughed, we cried. What an uplifting day in a time when things aren’t always beautiful. (1)

And then, this moment hit me. I was the last one left in the building and walked up to turn off the Christmas tree lights. The instruments and music had all been played. It was so quiet and peaceful in that moment. I just had to stop and take it all in. (2)
