Every Priest has a different style. Father Zack with his distinct homiletics and notable reverence, the ‘Professor’ Father Bud Stevens, or the Redemptorist Father Joy Poonoli’s sing-songy delivery and authenticity. Each bring different uniqueness to the role of the priesthood and to the Pastorate of Our Lady.

Lately we’ve been blessed to see Father Ako Walker often enough to build some rapport. Watch him reciting the Lord’s supper. When the Sanctus Bell rings he holds the heavenly host as high as he possibly can… as if to touch heaven itself. A noteworthy and unique approach that may reveal something of his heart.
