This is the biggest chance/ test / opportunity for $ICP since Genesis. Pakistan was an amazing learning opportunity for DFINITY.

Now they have the chance to prove that the solution that they have built is competitive in terms of cost & much more superior in terms of security VS Centralized Cloud Providers.

The biggest advantages are security, compliance with regulatory requirements (very important for institutions that operate in highly regulated jurisdictions), flexibility of the solution (tailored solutions), AI Tools & full control over your data (private subnets).

I think this combination is very potent. In my book, ICP has no competition in this niche.
