@GOLDBABYO That’s what my apartment complex told me when I first moved in. Usually there is a spot in front of my place, but sometimes I have had to park at the curb across the street— and a couple times , a hike around the corner by the dog park. No big deal. Sorry if someone has to walk.

@aravosis I too could care less. It will end up being a (part time) work day for me and I might have a hot dog and potato salad for dinner as I usually do on the generic July 4. No celebration for the (damaged) USA’s 250th. I might find a movie on TV to watch…maybe Independence Day if on.

@MarcoFoster_ Already did. I quit watching CBS Morning when Gayle King went to space. I realized before that event that Doukopil was MAGA. Then they destroyed the Saturday Morning show and when they cancelled Colbert I shut it down completely. Only watch the local news on CBS.

(with 3 stages of moving — bigger furniture and boxed stuff, thanks to my brother & nephew / hiring a mover to clear out a craft room / hiring a junk hauler for the rest)
