@EwanMacKenna Men on the other hand spent 16 years in the doldrums without too much success at Senior or Underage and still managed a 6 in a row senior success rate, obviously financial support is important but outstanding players and a plan are vital and without them zero success is possible.

@EwanMacKenna In fairness Ewan Dub ladies contested finals in the early 2000s and again in or around 2010, probably could have won a few over the following few years but were always turned over when it mattered until around 2016/17 .. Not too many underage titles won during that time.....
