The @AfDBPresident Dr Sidi Ould Tah received the heads of African deposit and consignment funds last Thursday at the Bank’s HQ in Abidjan. The meeting was part of consultations launched in the 4th quarter of 2025 toward the establishment of a new African financial architecture.
On Monday, @AfDBPresident Dr Sidi Ould Tah and @TheOPECFund President Dr Abdulhamid Alkhalifa signed an amendment to the existing MOU between our two institutions, marking a new phase in this strategic cooperation to maximise development impact in Africa.

A working session was held this Thursday at the @AfDB_Group headquarters, bringing together @AfDBPresident Sidi Ould Tah and the heads of African insurance institutions and pension funds.
