In the Military it is known and trained that as a member you do not enjoy some of the rights as a civilian. For example, you cannot attend a protest while in uniform as that could imply an endorsement. You cannot refuse to carry out a lawful order if you disagree with it. You can't "quit your job" without serious repercussions. And you absolutely do not undermine the authority of those appointed above you as that will impact the good order and discipline of the troops.

First. it's not about Biden, so let's keep him out of this for now. I don't actually know what the legal requirements are for signing legally binding documents, Executive Orders, or pardons. I can't say if using the Auto-Pen to sign those documents is legal or not. But now I need to know. What does the law say? Who controls access to this device? How is its' use protected? What controls are in place to ensure it cannot be used without the Presidents knowledge? How have previous Presidents used it?

Hey folks! As I mentioned yesterday, I voted for President Trump. No regrets. That said, I have seen where some folks have been proposing an amendment to allow a President to serve three terms rather than the two currently allowed. I cannot support that. Two terms seem to be the sweet spot for the USA. Let's not mess that up for a shallow short-term win. #Trump
