We’re incredibly proud of Frank Chang for his outstanding advocacy before the U.S. Supreme Court today in Hencely v. Fluor Corporation, 24-924. His preparation and poise showed why we’re so privileged that he is part of the @ConMcPLLC team. Congratulations Frank!
The pop scholars in law schools disserve their own profession (why take law profs seriously when the most prominent among them are frivolous?) and the public (which the pop scholars mislead with simplistic slop).
It is my Great Honor to nominate Joshua D. Dunlap, of the Great State of Maine, to serve as a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Joshua is a seasoned litigator, with a TON of excellent experience, appearing before the First Circuit, and all levels of the Federal and State Judiciary. He is a Partner at Pierce Atwood LLP in Portland, Maine, and earned his J. D. from Notre Dame. We need more TOUGH and SMART Judges on the Federal Bench, who fearlessly defend our Constitution, and Joshua will do just do that. Congratulations Joshua!
Congratulations to @AGTennessee for his landmark victory at the U.S. Supreme Court today. Our firm is honored to represent the State of Tennessee, alongside our cocounsel @AdamMortara and the immensely talented lawyers at TNAG.
🚨 VICTORY!🚨
The U.S. Supreme Court just restored the voice of 9,000 Mainers!
After 2+ months of being silenced for speaking up for Maine girls, I can once again vote on behalf of the people of House District 90.
This is a win for free speech — and for the Constitution. 🇺🇸
Sarah Harris, a former Justice Thomas clerk, will soon take charge of the U.S. solicitor general's office until John Sauer is confirmed as SG, sources tell me. Come next week, the Williams & Connolly partner will serve as principal deputy SG/acting SG. https://t.co/DD9UzXm52T
🧵@NorahODonnell claiming Justice Thomas received $4 million in “gifts” is 100% false & is based on a partisan, dishonest, sloppy, and completely discredited chart by @FixTheCourt.
Justice Thomas wasn’t required to report trips with friends but even the numbers and calculations Fix The Court used are false and absurd:
Making up many flights Justice Thomas never took.
Valuing visits to his friend's summer home at $281K.
Valuing one vacation on friend's boat at $500K based on Thomas chartering boat himself, which is wildly inflated for valuation methodology for a reportable trip.
Using same absurd valuation for flights.
Fix The Court @GabeRoth dishonestly decided to not count $1 million gift RBG received from Berggruen Institute, which she secretly distributed to groups (which are prohibited from disclosing gift), even though RBG listed it as a gift on her form. But Roth counts as a gift to Justice Thomas a $35K scholarship named after Thomas’s son, even though none of money went to Thomas or family member.
It’s a thoroughly despicable and discredited piece of garbage, and of course, @CBSEveningNews Norah O’Donnell uses it.
The Left attacks Justice Thomas because they hate his jurisprudence for past 30+ years, and even more so now, as Court has adopted his views on abortion, affirmative action, 2nd Amendment, religious liberties, reigning in administrative state, and so much more. He’s been phenomenally successful as the leading originalist on the Court.
Justice Jackson is very liberal, and thus, the media will give her softball interviews and not ask questions about her failure to disclose her husband’s income for a decade. In fact, they will use discredited partisan “studies” to smear Justice Thomas.
Stand up and defend Justice Thomas.
Vanderbilt Law welcomed back Cameron T. Norris '11 to reflect on his role in the case that effectively ended affirmative action and expand on the implications for colleges and universities.

Justice Thomas several times said to me that he was "American by birth but a Georgian by the Grace of God." His home state should honor him. If they don't we can start the adoption movement in Tennessee.
Congrats to @ConMcPLLC partner @bryankweir who argued at SCOTUS yesterday on behalf of our client Corner Post. With Bryan's argument, 8 out of 9 @ConMcPLLC partners have now argued at the Court.
