Wukong is an impressive first offering from a new AAA studio, but his response is hilarious because Wukong was NEVER going to win GOTY.

It was OBJECTIVELY the worst game nominated in the category. Hell some will argue Stellar Blade (or another game) should have had its place. The game has its moments but it suffers from

- a lack of map
- Inconsistent level design
- Invisible Walls everywhere
- Exploration that half the time lead to NOTHING
- Camera issues
- Input lag
- Audio cutting in & out
- Stuttering
- Frame drops
- Screen tearing
- Crashing
- Hell the final chapter was just a big empty open world. IT WAS LAZY!

The coolest thing about the game was the combat and character designs, but it often felt like they had no idea what to do with the rest of the game. You could tell it was their first game & there’s no shame in that. It means there’s room for improvement.

If it’s your personal GOTY that’s fine, but to act like this game got robbed is disingenuous OR y’all just continue to prove y’all don’t play a lot of games 🤷🏽‍♂️
