@KLM awful airline and customer service. Changing someone’s seat they paid for on a 9 hour flight for no reason and then saying “there’s nothing we can do”. If you can change my seat without my permission you can fix it.
@KLM It’s not about the refund. Sitting in a regular seat versus an emergency exit row for 9 hours is a huge difference. Taking someone out of that seat is ridiculous and your stock answer from all customer service makes it worse. Do better
@klm terrible customer service. Just changing someones seat on a 9 hour flight when they paid extra for it, then you say there’s “nothing you can do”
There’s always something you can do
@AmericanAir strikes again. 4 months of flying @Delta and not one delayed flight, first flight back on @AmericanAir and of course it’s delayed and the gate agent taking it out on the passengers #somethingsneverchange
Another day, another delayed flight with @AmericanAir Doesn’t matter how much status you have if you can never get home. Can’t wait to switch to @Delta soon!
@tomdenninger@AmericanAir@united Last trip I sat in DFW for 10+ hours. 3 flights cancelled and final one delayed 2 hours. Nothing from @AmericanAir. The best was when they denied me boarding for no reason saying I couldn’t transit through a country I could then tried to blame it on me and charge me for it
@AmericanAir Right. Cause why give out miles which has no affect on your company but makes your customers feel appreciated, when you can just do nothing and add to their annoyance. Really good company policy
@AmericanAir Well when I sat in DFW airport for 10 hours having flight after flight delayed or cancelled your company offered nothing so I’m not sure how long one needs to be delayed for your customer service team to think it’s worth compensating or offering a resolution
@AmericanAir Are you? Delta automatically gave me miles for a delayed flight and I don’t even have status on their airline. I’m EP with your airline and it’s never offered. I’ve spent a total of 12 hours over my last two trips just waiting on flights and nothing from American.
