Dear Resident
We will need to close the top of Halfway Garden where it meets Wood Street for essential Drainage work In preparation for topping of TarMac.
This morning however, we have become aware (and shocked) to see a new Tree Removal plan has been issued to remove a very large tree T69 on the tree line opposite the basketball court - One of the trees that was saved. We are working on this as a priority!!!

Road Work Update 15th February 2021
1. Lane End Road junction to Great Pease Park;
Drainage repair work will start on Monday the 15th.
2. Eighteen Acre Drive; (sections of the road)
Some drainage work in preparation for topping of roads. signage and traffic management in place.

It will be a brand new community facility and a great addition to Charlton Hayes.
Just outside the Patchway Offices, plans and drawings for the new Pavilion in Scott Park are now on display! - brand new community facility and a great addition to Charlton Hayes. Will include a new community cafe for 75 people, with a viewing platform, inc rooms and office space
Road Closure Update - Oak Leaze
Oak Leaze Road closed for essential work in preparation for final wearing course of Ashphalt.
Bovis Homes are to shut Oak Leaze Road from the 8th - 9th October. Traffic will be diverted and clear barriers in the road.
