This week's 52 Ancestors post on Origins. Come read about my Ohio roots and a new project I'm starting this year. https://t.co/s1Ht8DltAI #52Ancestors#Genealogy#FamilyHistory#Ohio
The Patchwork Genealogist is up and running again thanks to a rather optimistic New Year's Resolution (and the completion of the first draft of my novel).
Check out my welcome back post, the first installment of #52Ancestors, themed #FamilyLore. https://t.co/D2zRHepkFz
I'm not saying some anonymous dude #mansplained my novel to me. But he did. For the record, I #write#LitFic and some of it is semi-stream-of-consciousness - there is neither murder nor adultery in my #novel. At least I can confirm my #TargetAudience
If I've been noticeably absent lately, and it seems like my #WomenOfLegacy#quilt project has stalled - it's because I've been madly working on my United in Ohio blue and gray wall hanging. #SoClose#IMadeThat#HandPiecing
Any #Genealogists researching #FamilyHistory in #Ecuador (specifically #Ambato)? Give me your best hints, especially if travel to Ecuador isn't an option. I can't even find birth or death years for my husband's grandparents! #ResearchHelp
@TheRegencyCook I prefer tea leaf, which always seems to taste more fresh. For convenience I do use t-sac bags, especially at the office - easy clean up, fresh loose leaf flavor.
My 8 year old has suggested I kiss this little dude because I am a princess. Base flattery aside, I have resisted the urge to find out if Prince Charming is living in disguise in my strawberries.
@HillbrookGeneal @danielmloftus I've tried to eradicate the Mrs. forenames from my trees, but here's one I've found in my line on FamilySearch. I find it most commonly with those folks who seem determined to trace their line back to the dawn of time and will do it by hook or by crook.
