February 4 is #WorldCancerDay2022, an effort to raise global awareness about cancer. For many families like our own, every day feels like cancer day. Cancer may walk beside us, but it will never dim the light that shines brightly in memory of those we love. ♥️

We delivered 50 care bags to the Hillman Cancer Center at #UPMC Williamsport. That’s 800 total bags for new #cancer #patients. We’ve considered changing the bags, but the feedback has been consistent. “They are unique & personal.” Yes, & each is assembled & offered w/ love. ♥️

We’re grateful to provide these bi-monthly sessions to the cancer community and are blessed to have the involvement of the top-notch professionals who present our programs. Our March session topic is Healthy Eating and will feature Carnie Datres, owner of Kitchen Repose.

Last Tuesday, we launched year 2 of our Essence of You program, in partnership with the Susquehanna Health Foundation.

Skincare & Makeup Tips and Tricks was our topic, expertly presented by Rikki Feerrar owner of the BeautiLoft and Maria Phillips stylist at Primp Salon.

Proud of our partnership w/ Arrow & Thread Handmade Designs to offer our K2 Headcover Program. Thirty custom headcovers were delivered to the @UPMCHillmanCC in Williamsport. To date, 500+ headcovers have been distributed. #community #partnership #impact #cancer #love #hope

We have witnessed the #kindness of so many who believe in our #mission of helping #cancer patients in our #community! Today, we accepted a $5,000.00 grant from the PA Skill Charitable Giving program.

The funds will be used to support our four (4) cancer programs, while a portion will offset our investment in GiveSmart, a new online giving platform. We are grateful to continue our mission to honor the #legacy of our #Dad & #Kass, whose lives will always #inspire us to serve.
