The remarkable three-day journey of the Uganda National Conference on Health, Human Rights, and Development (UCHD) has come to a powerful close - and we couldn’t be more grateful!
Our grand finale marked the launch of 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝, a bold commitment to tackling the root causes of health inequities rather than just their symptoms.
We leave inspired by the knowledge shared, the movements strengthened, the partnerships forged, and the foundation laid for lasting change that will uplift Uganda’s most vulnerable communities for years to come.
The passion, dedication, and innovation of every delegate, presenter, and partner - together with the outstanding work of the CEHURD team - made #UCHD2025 truly unforgettable.
The work and impact continue.
