Next on the agenda for the Advanced Leadership & Management Course, Prof. Peter Johnston discussed the importance of human factors in the delivery of pathology services - creating systems that help people to function at their best and the importance of situational awareness.

Overall, it has been a huge privilege to spend 3 days with 33 amazing younger pathologists, all so keen to learn at our ALMC.
