@CoE_Call_Centre I just received an invoice. Electricity charged for 3 months based on readings, no reversals on interim, and I'm now on prepaid. Was told it will take 3 months to move to prepaid. I dont have electricity to pay conventional and buy. Ridiculous.

Has anyone ever gotten any feedback from the @HPCSA_ on complaints on medical Dr negligence? Considering the risks with human lives at Dr's hands, the council is ineffective and almost useless. Near death experience, but no Comms or outcome from appeal in 4 months. Wowza!
