En 1971 un decret de Mobutu ordonnant Bisengimana de les reconnaitre comme Zaïrois et en 1982 s'achangé, car ses même refugees de 1959 avaient commencé la geurre avec le Rwanda.

It's Rwanda's responsibility to recognize banyamulenge who fled Rwanda in 1959 as rwandans, they need a place in Rwanda as well. The executive order of 1971 recognized them, rejected in 1982.

@RealManziWilly Banyamulenge should go back to Rwanda and leave other Congolese of rwandan origin in the DRC because being a refugee in the DRC or being born in the Congo, doesn't make you a Congolese. Those Congolese hutu and tutsi, who aren't Banyamulenge, they have lived there for centuries.

@VictorMurashi Let's see if Rwanda can dishonor the Washington accord and president Donald Trump's decision. Rwandan troops have done a lot of atrocities to many Congolese. My families were affected by the atrocities that those soldiers did. I want them out of the DRC as soon as possible.
