It has now been 3 weeks since my channel was demonetized by YouTube for “inauthentic content.”

My content is 100% original. I travel to and film real FDNY/EMS incidents in NYC, edit the footage myself, and upload each incident individually.

I submitted an appeal and was told I would receive feedback. I have received none.

My dashboard shows no indication that my appeal was ever reviewed, and support has been unable to confirm whether a real review even took place.

Support has now stopped replying to my emails.

I am being told to “make changes and reapply,” but I have not been given any explanation of what needs to change.

How am I supposed to fix something when I’m not told what’s wrong?

I am asking @TeamYouTube and @YouTubeCreators for:
• Confirmation that my appeal was actually reviewed
• A clear explanation of what triggered this decision
• Clarification on withheld earnings from March and April

If anyone has dealt with this before or can help amplify this, I would greatly appreciate it.
