@KKittykat11917 @mmamasaidd @JohnDParody Only thing is black coffee although has minimal calories (2) will disrupt autophagy..
I fast daily sometimes just one meal a day but only have coffee after I break my fast or on weekends when I have 2 meals. Just food for thought.
Let me know when you guys do tho I want in..

@AwakenedOutlaw I have 2 of my own groups that are like minded on other social networks and people fr those groups send me stuff daily and I just said I have no clue either up is down left is right and I’m glad I’m sober and in the best shape of my life for what’s coming next 🤷🏻

@Your_Guy_Nix I don’t follow many people on here but saw this…. sorry and it’s awful we Lost 2 dogs since 2020.. the wife and I were broken and one to being aggressive when my wife was pregnant. We just got another pup Dec 26th but go get another is my advice. A good dog is good for the soul
