@jeffsky_poincy @MichaelBrun I have little problem here @jeffsky_poincy You mention the 2011 Amendment but you forget about the 2012 Amendment that was published by Martelly. This changes everything and gives the option of putting together the Constitutional Council. They in turn can do what is necessary.

@bertrhude BBQ to me represents a group of kids that are fed up with the way there parents are treating them. Now they decided to revolt in the house. So I do understand why so many people agree with BBQ, like kids the population is suffering from the Public and Private sector division.
