@Letslaugh1419 @Dr_Done_ I was seen had X-ray and appropriately treated by an A&E Nurse Practitioner in less than 1 hour. They have excellent training and are registered with RCEM.
This is not sun standard care.

Yes it’s going to be tough, you will likely feel injustice at the training opportunities and pay of others.
But at the end of those 5 years you will be a Doctor.

@DrEilidhMaria NA’s. are a solution to the removal of the old SEN. They had a shorter training (by around a year) than the RN. They stayed as a ‘bedside nurse’ without career structure.
Nursing associates are a really important part of the team- they do not undermine us they fill a missed gap
