The Chariton River in northern Missouri has crested at major flood stage with a debris barge against the bridge on closed Route 129. This area does not need anymore rain, but more is on the way

Live update on a SLEEPER #TORNADO THREAT during 7-10 pm including the Kansas City area.

An unstable outflow boundary zone should develop across eastern Kansas into western Missouri, with a cluster of supercells forming west of KC by 6 pm.

Heaviest rains in quite some time for parts of northern MO with damaging hail as well. Hail 2-3" cracked windshields and damaged homes. Flooding was also a big issue as 7-~9" of rain fell. Trenton, MO (Grundy Co) took a hard hit. JL #mowx

Looks like the grand River is going to be going up, last flash flood emergency for the River basin was 2019 I believe, different scenarios but i suspect it might flood a bit down here in the bottoms.
