@funder @HamillHimself @TheDemCoalition Haven't seen all the replies, but in my opinion, Trump is that corrupt politician Zellman who Tony beats up with his belt for going out with his old ex-girlfriend. Trump is too much of a pussy to be Tony Soprano.
@terrychristian @HowlingVolfe @TheFarm_Peter Once had a Liverpool supporting friend of mine calling the Pacemakers' version of ynwa as "the original and still the best". He obviously never heard of Rodgers and Hammerstein!
@The_ChrisShaw@ThatTimWalker Johnson lies just to get himself out of a difficult situation, until he's confronted by another difficult situation, cue another lie. He hops from lie to lie like a frog hopping on lily pads in a pond.
@acatherwoodnews A bit disingenuous from Arlene. The nationalist parties, along with Alliance and UUP, didn't want Brexit in the first place. Johnson's deal was like asking them if they wanted shit served to them on the floor or in a bowl.
@julessammon @MikeF_Walsh @marktigheST GAA Congress voted a year or two ago to ban gambling firms from sponsoring teams. I think there's a similar ban on alcohol firms sponsoring teams though open to correction on that. Not sure if they have the authority to ban individual companies such as Sports Direct though.
@Femi_Sorry@DUPleader Thing is Femi, I'm not sure this will necessarily strengthen support for a united Ireland in NI. If NI economy is doing well from its new status, a lot of moderate nationalists may be happy to keep the status quo. NI in the UK but de facto EU Single Market, best of both worlds.
@deirdreheenan Look, if denying there's an Irish Sea border is what it takes for them to accept the deal, if it keeps them happy, what's the harm? Let them at it.
@GaryLineker Dan Burn, physically, doesn't look like the type of player you should put up against Adama Traore. Like a rugby team putting their second rower on the wing.
@nealerichmond Why Dunkirk? Seems an awfully long ferry journey, you're practically sailing to the French-Belgian border. Ok, makes it closer to drive to Belgium/Netherlands/Germany/Poland but would've thought shortening the ferry route would be preferable?
