When you throw out the years he batted leadoff (86-89) he averaged 4 more HRs and subtracted 4 strikeouts.

@doc_gero It’s about US Treasury demand vs EU currency/Euro Bond demand. It’s not about countries.

The military angle covers for the financial one — the globalists want a deep bond market that competes with the US Treasury/dollar.

Everything else is a moralizing veneer for that.
