What you once struggled to do, eventually becomes something you can do with ease... and even when life gets busy and you stop for a while, if you’ve built a strong foundation, your “weak” is still stronger than your old self ever was!

Because once someone makes you feel like you owe them your loyalty or your obedience in return, the giving was never truly free.
The person who can’t be controlled by gifts or money is a free man.
You have to ask God for discernment, because not everyone gives out of genuine love.
Some people give so they can gain control and ownership over you.
The gifts, the favours, the free lunch, the help etc… sometimes it’s not generosity it’s leverage.
You don’t need to avoid eating treats.
But if you go from 1,600 to 3,000+
You won’t lose fat!

remember this: your daily habits and routines are either moving you closer
or pulling you further away.
You don’t need to be perfect...
