@BobHarrisonEdu The uk had a vibrant and diverse system of innovation in education from grass-roots through bodies like ASE, plus a range of publishers. The rot set in once exam boards and publishers integrated, leading to a race to the bottom. This is the outcome of the killing of innovation.

So I took the view that the PCN was not enforceable and received demand letters from @DRPLtd. I think there's a reasonable argument that the letters amounted to harassment (contrary to the Prevention from Harassment Act 1997). https://t.co/epsgrhf1cu

@Charlesknight Crazy. A major disciplinary issue in terms of contractual relationships, data protection etc. How about if I work for a major plc and enter into contracts in their name from a personal email (and also, relevant) postal address? Non-enforceable!
