How to rise beyond your limits:
- do a Limit Inventory
Write down all
- excuses
- insecurities
- unfair conditions
Sort everything from most to least influential.
Tackle the most influential limit first.
You will have changed your life when you reach the bottom of your list
Problems are like anchors:
• they slow you down the deeper they sink
If you are not careful, they sink so deep that you don't notice them anymore.
They have arrived at your subconsciousness.
To get them resolved:
• dig deep
• be brutally honest
• make changes every day
The most difficult thing in life is to know yourself
-Thales
But also the most important.
Know your

Over time you'll get to know the soul inhabiting your body.
Writing tweets can be overwhelming.
But if you have a personal brand:
- Treat tweets as small messages to your past self
Not only will content flow smoother
You will also gain insights about yourself
It's like public journaling.

Listening to music is my saving grace every time I feel

To be honest:
It's a way of escaping my problems.

Connecting with the lyrics pulls me out of dark places more times than I'd like to admit.
Your true potential.
• deep down you know what you are capable of
But your ignorant ego tries to hide that potential - It sabotages you.
Why?
Because it is addicted to
• comfort
• quick dopamine
Your Ego looks like your best friend.
But it should be your greatest enemy.
Denial is the ultimate comfort zone.
It’s like a deep swamp:
• Once you're in, there is no easy way out.
It gets more difficult the longer you continue to make the same comfortable choices
Therefore: Get out asap
• even if it means short-term discomfort.
- be me
- be closing envelopes
- boss is closing envelopes too
- be faster & more accurate than boss
- boss goes on power trip
- says I close envelopes wrong
- forces me to close like boss
- speed & quality drops
- boss is happy
I can't believe I'm really typing this 😂
What’s important to you?
Figure this out asap.
If you don’t:
• your ego will lead you astray
You'll be chasing goals that
• mean nothing
• are just for status
That’s a recipe for a long-term disaster.
Setbacks are learning opportunities.
They allow you to exceed your previous level.
The bigger the setback
• The more you'll learn.
• The faster you'll catch up.
For me, there are only 2 possible outcomes:
• wage slave
• mediocre life
• no goals/ values
or
• independence
• life on my own terms
• alignment w/ my inner self
The bad outcome gives me motivation to make the good one reality.
What gives you motivation to keep going?
Daily Affirmations

it accepts itas a fact.
If it's a fact, your mind will act accordingly.
Be careful what you expose your mind to.
It works both ways.
