Kailani Ibrahim Kpa, popularly known as “Powder Man,” has been granted GH¢400,000 bail with three sureties by the Accra Circuit Court 9 after being charged with visa and travel fraud.
He is alleged to have collected more than US$30,000 from over 13 people after promising to arrange travel to Canada, Nicaragua, and the United States.
The court has adjourned the case to September 28, 2026.
