"Taking responsibility for our lives" does not mean we accept responsibility for all the things that happen to us; what it means is we acknowledge we own our response to any situation and the outcomes of our response, good, bad, or unintended.

"Market saturation" is an academic concept. It means that all suppliers are supplying all customers with a product or service identical in quality, price, and performance. It is a state without competition. The entrepreneur nudges those variables looking for a market share.
The biggest problem with leadership education is its bias towards personal development. Organizations want improved performance, which is a function of skills training. The two are not always mutually exclusive, but too much time is spent on one and not the other.

1/2 I love seeing historical artifacts like this. Sometimes in the events of history it's easy to look at ancestors as less educated or less enlightened, and forget that human psychology hasn't changed in thousands of years. These artifacts remind us of our kinship to them.
