Surveyors from Summit Carbon Solutions, currently filing an eminent domain lawsuits against him and 80 other landowners in the state for a carbon capture pipeline, showed up to his property with a massive drilling rig that they hauled into the middle of his crops.

Keep in mind that the lawsuit is still pending and they don't even have a permit to build the pipeline yet but say that this is granted under their right to "survey."

Is @KristiNoem doing anything to protect private property rights? Nope. The company building the pipeline was a platinum sponsor of her inauguration back in January!

However the base that it seems different democrats are trying to and saying they are trying to appease have values that are moving targets and have elements of virtue signaling rather than result in my observation.
