Levels of Awareness in politics

Level 1

They believe what their preferred news say and do not sample other sources. Not aware of counter arguments. Not aware their news is mostly narrative.

Level 2

Sample news from multiple sources but believe only their own sources are accurate. Think the other side is all narrative, but familiar with all sides of issues.

Level 3

Aware that ALL news is fake, at least in the sense of missing context and spin. Also known as Gell-Mann Amnesia. But still believe the experts in various fields are usually correct.

Level 4

Understand that NONE of our experts are reliable. Some might be right, not none can be trusted without verification. The distortion of money makes no expert credible.

Level 5

They see the gears of the machine, Mike Benz style. The Republic no longer looks like whatever the Founders intended. The control of powerful billionaires and intelligence professionals is now obvious.

Level 6

You are dead because you know too much. Also known as Epstein Level.

Not where I was going with the Question.
He went in knowing it might not work out and stay closed. What’s the other list of outs? What’s the other list of gains by it being closed? The analysts have studied Iran invasions for years, effects and strategies. Anyone suggesting there’s no out beyond re-opening needs their heads examined. There are always plenty of options. I’m asking what are his other moves? The fact it’s closed has gains in other areas. ITS NOT A FLAT SITUATION.

Oh here’s another argument I often hear about Ed Hale:
He was a Democrat and he said he couldn’t beat Wes Moore in the primaries so what makes you think he could win against Wes Moore in the general election?

Answer: Put your thinking hat on!
Maryland is a closed primaries state. This means that only democrats vote for democrat candidates and only registered republicans vote for republican candidates. This means that over 1,000,000 million voters who can’t vote in the primaries but they can vote for a normal and competent businessman who can fix Maryland disaster. This also means that Ed Hale has the best chance of getting votes from independent voters, republicans and rational democrats who feel economic pressure of radical left policies.

No other candidate has money and experience to fix Maryland disaster.

Also Ed Hale has no political aspirations unlike Hogan who was kissing the Democrats’ cheeks to gain support to run for president ( that was a joke) and then for Senate which he lost to the radical Angela Alsobrooks.

Ed Hale is not a RINO - and not interested in becoming a professional politician. No evidence of that .
Therefore Ed Hale cannot beat the radicals in the primaries because only radicals get to vote for radical Wes Moore, but Ed can beat Wes Moore in the general election ( if there’s no fraud) because in the general elections everyone else get to vote ‼️
