Did you know that there is a new wellness & performance centre located on the grounds of the club.

ONe Degree Wellness & Performance has recently opened by one of our Senior players Niall Hardiman. It boasts a wood fired sauna and two chilled baths, with one bath that's not so chilly to help you cool down after the intense heat of the sauna!

The countdown to the Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup Final is on. Sunday, March 16th will see us take on @nenaghormondrfc in the decider and we are going all out to make it a fun day for all our Club members and to cheer on the team as they try to get their hands on the illustrious silverware.

Playball is back in Old Crescent starting this Sunday, January 13th. Classes run from 9:30 to 10:15 on Sunday mornings for 10 weeks. Playball is a multi sports program to help develop childrens fundamental movement using skills from a variety of different sports.
