Nah rerolling would be unfair. If he won the giveaway fair and square through the raffle he ‚deserves‘ to get the skin. Even though it is a pain to give it to him, but if you reroll you take away the point of the raffle giveaway if you pick and choose if you like the winner or not. If you want to give it to someone who ‚should’ get the skin its a donation and not a giveaway. But sadly people win something and still be greedy.
