There are always unexpected changes that can happen in the economy and it's up to the leaders to rise to the occasion. The best performing companies have leadership teams with seven factors in common. Read about them in this @HarvardBiz article: https://t.co/QG9rBHjAfN #Business
I've come to realize that virtues are like muscles – they're never static. Just as muscles either grow or weaken, virtues demand consistent exercise. It’s about small commitments to amplify those virtues in our lives on a daily basis. ❤️ #GLP
In business, one of the most powerful tools is human creativity. Innovation shouldn't be overlooked and creativity should involve all levels of an organization. Great read by @WSJ on how leaders can use creativity and collaboration to fuel business growth. https://t.co/WrPK3qWkXs
Some turn to meditation to reduce stress...others puzzle. I'm a "puzzler" and have experienced the benefits it brings, like reducing stress and anxiety. Check out this @Forbes article on it. https://t.co/JCLIsEKGXf #Puzzling
“Don’t limit your challenges; challenge your limits. Each day we must strive for constant and never ending improvement.” -@TonyRobbins
We are limited by our own beliefs, challenge your assumptions and see what you are capable of. Everyday we focus on progress, not perfection.❤️
The most effective approach when looking to drive change in the workplace is having a collaborative mindset. Leaders - be open to this!

Real transformative innovation happens when one is able to step back and see the unchallenged assumptions about how the world or a company works. Once those can be identified, watch what happens when you change one of them. #Innovation
#Empathy is an important leadership skill that is often overlooked.
Loved this article from @Forbes on how to lead with empathy and create a better work environment. Check it out here: https://t.co/cbk9naCUn7. #Business
Thanks to Glen (@154Advisors) for a great interview on the BIGCAST podcast and a chance to talk about our selection to demo at #Finovate this fall. https://t.co/TJazQp2Tze

"Innovation" and "disruption" are not the same thing. We don't need to destroy existing jobs to move our industry forward.
Great read from @HarvardBiz to reframe the way you may think about what innovation means to our industry. https://t.co/lMhQNQg2rk #Banking
The power of gratitude is stronger than you can imagine and that's why it is important as leaders to build a culture around it. Great @Forbes article. https://t.co/JzvSfCpGJj

"No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.” -@TonyRobbins
I've always loved this quote, but now I've come to realize there are no mistakes, only lessons. This gives freedom to pivot and #BeginAgain.
Easy to think that in order to be a success, we need to beat our competition. Instead, what if we thought about working together and being collaborative? Loved this @Forbes article on ways to improve your biz partnerships, especially number 12, of course. https://t.co/rC0dFnqGV6
People often learn through hearing of other's mistakes: don't be afraid to share your stories, it will inspire others and will unite you with many. After all, some define "expert" as the person who has made every mistake possible in a very narrow field. ❤️
You've heard me say before that a fostering a culture of innovation in your business is the way to get there. As a serial entrepreneur, I know how challenging that can be. This @Forbes article makes great points on how to navigate this challenge. https://t.co/Pa6BrkXKAD
To be innovative, you have to think differently. Take Nikola Tesla for example who said "My method is different". Unlike most creative people, Tesla envisioned his inventions in his mind. Tesla's mind visualization allowed him to imagine his end goal and the steps to get there.
Many companies are primarily focused on efficiency and productivity. While I appreciate a job well done as much as the next CEO, it doesn't matter if the price for that efficiency is in lack of creativity. Great read from @HarvardBiz. https://t.co/nl3W1dOt45 #Business
At @TrueDigital_, we start all-team meetings by inviting everyone to share a recent work or personal win. It really shifts the dynamic of the work day, to open our hearts to the gratitude experiences right in front of us. @Forbes has why it matters. https://t.co/Y3Jv6KbvfI
