@SteveHiltonx In my area (unincorporated LA) there aren’t any polling places open today. Wife and I had to drop off ballots off at some box.

@spencerpratt I definitely pay more in taxes than someone who is renting in these areas or has their unpermitted business running on the sidewalk outside of my business which the city required licensing, fingerprints, etc. to open - isn’t this the definition of taxation without representation?

For the mayor or for the district my property is in while the elected officials in these areas continue making decisions that affect me negatively.

@RobSchneider I find it ridiculous that living in unincorporated LA we are not able to vote for the mayor or city counsel considering they continue making decisions that affect us. A true example of taxation with NO representation.
