Appalling treatment from @HSBC_UK ruining a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for 14 family members. HSBC still holding over $47k without explanation for a month. “Escalated” twice and I’ve formally complained. “1-2 working days more” they’ve said every other day for nearly 4 weeks.

@HSBCUK__ “Inconvenience” is not the correct word. I call it theft by @HSBC_UK . I have responded to a direct message but have no confidence really since this is the 3rd complaint that HSBC has supposedly registered but I’ve heard nothing back.
