Apple's iPhone 18 Pro is a very solid smartphone, but it's just not that much of an upgrade over the iPhone 17 Pro unless you're really into photography. I'm still a big fan of the overall design, though. My @xdadevelopers review is live. https://t.co/ANnbzNekwx
The front screen also feels a bit too wide to use comfortably when folded, and I haven't found a real use for opening two apps side by side when it's unfolded. Oh, and I hate being forced to use Touch ID again.
After a few hours with the iPhone Duo, my initial reaction is pretty mixed. The folding screen looks great (I can barely see the crease), but the third-party app situation is a mess (so few apps feature a UI that's actually adapted).

There's now a Zelda: Breath of the Wild native PC port that seems to run pretty well as long as you have powerful enough hardware. https://t.co/03ItrzGUvo
Well, it happened — the Switch 2 has been jailbroken. I predict a firmware update will drop by Monday that patches this exploit. https://t.co/gArvGOZR73
I genuinely expected this Zelda: Link's Awakening PC recompilation to be a bit of a disaster since it's made almost entirely with AI. To be clear, it doesn't run as well as the game does on the Switch 2, but it's very playable. https://t.co/WlEF8LxK9T
Okay, the AI-made Zelda: Link’s Awakening static recompilation PC port is pretty underwhelming compared to playing the game on an actual Switch 2. I forgot how well it irons out all of the performance issues.
This is the first Gemini Android Auto update that actually makes sense. It probably should have been available since Personal Intelligence's launch. https://t.co/1dR4hYbyps -
As far as older 3D Zelda games go, The Wind Waker has aged remarkably well, especially in terms of visuals. Thanks to a recently released port of the HD Wii U version that supports 60fps and HDR, it looks even better. https://t.co/jFUkEtKdyO
I’m not really surprised most of IGN’s podcasts are ditching the weekly format. It’s so hard for a podcast to make money, especially at that scale. I’m very bummed because I listen to Unlocked and NVC every week. https://t.co/H6dysYgHyG
It took me hours, but I've finally gotten the Zelda: Link's Awakening PC port to recompile (LASRecomp). I was a bit over my head with this one, but I learned a lot about a newer Switch emulator called Eden, as well as Ryujinx, the one Nintendo took down a few years ago.
I know there's a lot of retro game recompilation AI slop floating around, but ZeldaWWHDRecomp is a pretty solid AI-assisted static recompilation of The Wind Waker HD. It runs at a mostly solid 60fps on the ROG Ally X20 (there's occasional lag when you enter a big new area).
I keep thinking about the Wendy's Emo album and how good it is. "The Best Combo Meal on the Worst Night of my Life" is a near-perfect track that's downright hilarious. Don't get me started on how "Salt in my Wound" takes shots at McDonald's while parodying Christian music.
I don't really have any interest in playing the Pokémon: Let's Go games again personally, but both titles just got an unofficial PC port that's built on the Link's Awakening PC port's foundation. https://t.co/6dSLaGefrt
