@LiamDelaney2020 I thought you'd like this. For my son's science fair he did an interactive experiment. Jar full of lego - guess the number of legos in the jar win a prize. Pay no attention to the number beside the jar; nothing to do with it. Results showed clear anchoring effect

Look at the #COVID19 wastewater signal for Greater Boston, which tells us where cases are heading next week. It has NEVER been this high, even at last winter's peak. And vax rates in MA are generally higher in Greater Boston. And this is likely before #Omicron. Action now #mapoli

@adrianshanahan A desktop report if client informed is compliant with Global Red Book valuation standards. Using AI tools to support the work of a trained valuer is becoming more common, but a Chartered valuer is at the heart of the final report and credibility of the valuation opinion.

@adrianshanahan As I read it, the discount is to the cost of a Valuation report. Not the market value that will be determined by the report. I hope that helps
