INEC in Lagos says 6,708,451 voters collected Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) out of the 7,637,402 registered voters in the state. The figure represented 87.8 per cent.

928,951 people haven't collected as of the Feb 5 deadline which represented over 12 %.
