About 8 years ago, I met this kid at as a Cassano's Pizza in Urbana, Ohio. Pizza was delicious 10/10. I ate almost the whole thing he had like two pieces.

He seemed kind of like a socialist so I suggested that he join up with TWP and he did. Here is he marching. He got cyber bullied relentlessly for being small. One of the guys who cyber bullied him started calling into Cantwell's show pretending to be him talking about getting his butt hole waxed for Heimbach.

This led to an internet altercation where Cantwell lashed out and went to prison. While he was in prison, he became friends with and red pilled Viktor Bout on the jewish problem.

Later, Joe Biden traded Viktor Bout for Brittney Griner in a prisoner exchange. Viktor Bout gets out of prison and starts dealing arms to the Houthis who currently have Israel blockaded and are impacting their war with Hamas and Hezbollah.

Therefore, my trip to Cassano's Pizza saved the Middle East, and possibly the whole world from jewish domination.

The last time I had any medicine was when I got my wisdom teeth pulled about 6-7 years.

I timed it better last night on my 2nd round. It was not 45 seconds or minute rest. I did 5 sets of holding my legs up with rest in between for about 4 minutes...... So I'm just estimating It was about 25 seconds then 25 seconds of rest in between. Again, might not be optimal but the best I could do. I had another great night of sleep and my legs still feel like I got a legendary massage.

@awakeupgirl @milky_raw I don't know if I'm being the most optimal, but I can't do it for very long. I'm just guessing about 45 seconds or so. Then I rest them for about a minute or two. Repeat 5-6 times. Then I sit down normally for like an hour or so that a second time. That's what I did both nights.
