The 20-year-old second-year BSc Civil Engineering student is building her expertise in engineering, water resource management and sustainable infrastructure, with ambitions to develop practical solutions to South Africa’s water challenges.

Her journey began while she was still at school, when her participation in the Department of Water and Sanitation’s South African Youth Water Prize sparked her commitment to tackling the country’s water challenges, a passion she is now pursuing through her studies at Wits and on an international platform.
