RIP. California Police Officer Osmar Rodarte was murdered when he was shot and killed while serving a search warrant as a member of the the Yuba Sutter Narcotics and Gang Task Force Unit (NET-5).
Law enforcement officers carried out 20 drug trafficking search warrants across Yuba, Sutter, Tehama, and Butte Counties in a concerted effort to dismantle a transnational drug trafficking ring that stretched from Mexico into the United States. During a critical SWAT operation in Sutter, when the regional team entered a home on Kestral Court, a suspect opened fire, leading to an exchange of gunfire. Tragically, Officer Rodarte was struck during the confrontation. Despite being swiftly transported to Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital, Officer Rodarte succumbed to his injuries.
Officer Rodarte was a United States Army veteran and had served with the Marysville Police Department for two years. He is survived by his wife and child.
The suspect was shot and killed at the scene.
@ChrisBu73906152@Fynnderella1@JonMFleetwood One might conclude… premeditation is considered any amount of time that allows reflection (could be minutes) Seems like they had much more time than that. 😉
@Amy31129057 As of yesterday he’s still listed
as a Senior Investigator in the intramural research program, and serves as Chief of the Viral Pathogenesis and Evolution Section, and Deputy Chief of the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases. Interesting.
@Bryce_Nickels He took the risk in 2014 with Kawaoka at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Yoshi’s pause was voluntary. Ebola and influenza A joined right under everyone’s nose. I can’t figure out why I get blocked when I bring this up? Why are people still covering for Yoshi and Fauci?

Newcastle Pneumonia~
Since the first major outbreak of Newcastle Pneumonia in Wuhan, China on 31 December 2019, it has been sweeping across the world.
The outbreak has affected countries all over the world, from the daily lives of their citizens to the safety of their lives and economies.
It most commonly refers to the prominent respiratory disease (including pneumonia-like lung involvement) caused by Newcastle disease virus (NDV), also known as avian paramyxovirus type 1 (APMV-1), in birds—especially poultry.

@jhas5@FoolsMultiply I’m curious as to why only 20 vials have been tested so far. Is it normally a time consuming process? Or do they already know and don’t want to tell us?
