@smsweeneyauthor@shaunvlog_ Kraft is working OT to build a stadium for the Revolution in Everett. Exact completion date TBD (construction hasn’t begun) but estimated to be in ‘28.
@fanalytics_hq@shaunvlog_ The biggest problem getting to Gillette has is there is only one road in and out. Many stadiums across the country have a similar reliance on car but they have the advantage of multiple roads for people to travel to get to the stadium.
@SomeWelder You nailed it. There are so many colleges/universities that require 3 semesters worth of classes that have nothing to do with their major and will not help them in life.
@Darkmdd A lot of people are sarcastically asking if you like maintained roads and they're dead ass wrong. The excise tax is just another tax without a dedicated purpose. For reference MA towns collected $364 million in '24.

@KevinBuildsApps@credealjunkie For sure. Bark can monitor around 30 different apps. I know WhatsApp is included. Not sure what the full list is for messaging apps but it’s quite a few so hopefully I’m covered.
@GfedGoCrazy The legit complaint is against the state. Bears were going to privately finance a stadium and asked IL to pay for infrastructure upgrades and tax relief. IL wants to tax the Bears 200mil annually (lololol) and the Bears said no.
With that said, I still don’t think this is over.
@JoeConchaTV The Bears were going to privately finance the stadium in Arlington Heights. The state got greedy by asking for 50+ mil in taxes every year.
However, this reminds me slightly of the Patriots move to CT in '98. I'll believe this when I see it.
@pwallach87@nowiknowmyabcs Yeah, the Commanders move was so bad that they're moving back to the old RFK stadium location. I heard that SF is in Santa Clara because that is near where most of their season ticket holders live.
@ChrisMWilliams What are you talking about? The greed is from the Illinois government side. To ask the team to pay 53 million on property taxes every year is ridiculous.
Illinois got what they deserved.
@MassDailyNews LOL. If you think replacing the labor force that is leaving the state with illegal immigrants is going to guarantee the state "survives" then I have a bridge to sell you.
@ThrillaRilla369 It really depends. Local laws do apply. In my area, there is no set time limit. However, a busy body could could report you for neglect.
That aside. It all comes down to your kids personality. Can they be trusted to not burn the house down.
