Most teams have one elite defender.
The Spurs have three of the top four lowest opponent FG% marks in the entire playoffs.
This isn't defense.
It's a lockdown operation.
The youngest Finals team in 50 years just happens to be a defensive nightmare.
"I want to see AJ Brown in the slot ... I want to see those mismatches against safeties, linebackers, smaller slot corners." -- @tkyles39
FULL Reaction to A.J. Brown's first practice with the #Patriots: https://t.co/qf6jeMNsLM
A.J. Brown, when asked about his knee:
"No injury. Nothing to worry about."
"Maybe in what, four years? I've missed one game from a shot to the knee, so that's nothing to worry about. I'm good. I'm ready to go."

@CLNSMedia
Does the AFC run the Patriots following the trade for A.J. Brown?
@DougKyed weighs in:
“Things don't all need to go perfectly for the Patriots to win the division, make the playoffs, possibly get to a Super Bowl. Like they're talented enough at this point to do those things on their own without the benefit of a weaker schedule.”
Mike Vrabel on the acquisition of A.J. Brown and their relationship:
"To be able to add an accomplished NFL football player at his position, but somebody that we also feel strongly about as a person and a competitor and a teammate."

I cannot applaud the #Patriots front office enough for what they have done to upgrade this team over the last two seasons. Mike Vrabel, Eliot Wolf and Ryan Cowden have done an exceptional job of bringing in talent to ensure what happened years ago doesn't happen again.
Pop Douglas is a passing camp superstar. We’ll see if it can translate, but he looked great on Tuesday.
Several crisp routes that turned into wide open receptions.
.@tkyles39 on what he’s seen from Patriots WR room after 2 practices:
“One thing that has surprised me though through two practices, it seems like Efton Chism has out snapped Kyle Williams by a pretty decent margin.”
"A.J. Brown deserves a great pocket quarterback. Well, he got one yesterday... He is the perfect icing to the New England cake."
@colincowherd reacts to the Eagles sending Brown to the Patriots
“A.J. Brown has a QB that he believes, to his point when he said he can make every throw, not that Jalen couldn't, sometimes I don’t think Jalen was willing to make every throw… This team is going to be a problem.”
@GregJennings believes Drake Maye will be better in 2026 👀
Eliot Wolf took over the lead teambuilding role for the Patriots in 2024.
He inherited a bottom 5 roster in the NFL.
He has worked the edges well while blending in stars at the right positions.
Within 2.5 years, he built a top 5 roster in the NFL.
Give this man his due.
Dan Orlovsky on the Patriots after adding AJ Brown:
Per: @PatMcAfeeShow
“This will be one of the best offenses in football. I think it’s the deepest wide receiver room in the AFC right now. There’s 6 guys in that wide receiver room that can flat out play…this dude kills man coverage. He kills man coverage. If you looked at New England in the playoffs, and watch what they struggled with most, they could not beat man coverage last year in the playoffs.”
#Patriots veteran RT Morgan Moses left practice early today which resulted in rookie OT Caleb Lomu and OT Marcus Bryant filling in on the right side, per @DougKyed.
Lomu has continued to rep consistently at right tackle.
